AI & Photography Fun For Kids

The Interactive digital literacy class introduces students in a fun and engaging way. Students will learn how to identify AI-generated images and understand the difference between real and computer -created photos. Through games, challenges, and hands-on activities, they will test their skills while building critical thinking and observation abilities. The class also explores photography, helping students notice details ,and see how images can be created or changed. Each lesson is designed to be playful, age appropriate, and exciting, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and smart thinking in today's digital world.

Using the framework of Dungeons & Dragons, students will embark on an epic quest where success isn't determined by a single player, but by the strength of the party and the power of teamwork. No Prior Dungeons and Dragons Experience Required. Students with Dungeons and Dragons experience may also serve as Dungeon Masters and lead an adventure of their own!

Healthy & Hearty Home Cooking

This summer, students in grades 4–6 will become confident young chefs in Healthy & Hearty Home Cooking, a hands-on class designed to teach kids how to prepare meals that are both filling and nutritious. During each session, students will learn how to make simple, tasty foods they can prepare for themselves at home—perfect for breakfast, after-school meals, or easy dinners. Throughout the course, students will practice essential kitchen skills such as measuring ingredients, safely using kitchen tools, following recipes, and cleaning up their workspace. They will also learn basic nutrition concepts and how to choose ingredients that help fuel their bodies, including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains. Each lesson focuses on recipes that are realistic for kids to make on their own, helping them build confidence and independence in the kitchen. This class encourages creativity, teamwork, and responsibility while giving students the chance to cook, taste, and share what they make. By the end of the program, students will have a collection of easy, wholesome recipes and the skills needed to prepare satisfying meals at home. Parents will appreciate that their children are learning practical life skills that promote healthy eating habits and self-sufficiency. Students will leave the class not only with full stomachs and happy memories, but also with the confidence and knowledge to cook nutritious meals for themselves and their families for years to come.

Music Makers U!

Music Makers U! is a hands-on music camp where students explore sound through games, movement, instruments, and creative activities. Campers will build rhythms, experiment with melodies, and even create their own music in a fun, low-pressure environment. Students will also get an introduction to the ukulele, learn basic strumming and play simple songs together. No prior music experience needed—just come ready to play, move, and make music!

Slam Dunk Summer Ball

Slam Dunk Summer Ball is a high-energy, fun-filled basketball class designed especially for 4th–6th graders of all skill levels. Whether you’re picking up a basketball for the first time or already love being on the court, this program focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and fundamental skills in a supportive and exciting environment. Campers will learn and practice essential techniques like dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense through engaging drills, creative games, and friendly competitions. Each session mixes skill-building with plenty of play time, so students stay active, make new friends, and enjoy the game every day. Coaches emphasize good sportsmanship, positive attitudes, and teamwork while helping each player grow at their own pace. "Stories on the Go" combines movement, listening, and discussion as students explore audiobooks and e-books while walking in a safe, supervised environment. Every day, students will listen to an audiobook or read an e-book while building focus, imagination, and comprehension as they experience stories in a whole new way. After each walk, students will come together to reflect, discuss, and share their thoughts, favorite moments, and connections to the story they read or listened to. This session encourages a love of reading, promotes active lifestyles, and helps students develop confidence in expressing their ideas—all while enjoying great stories on the go! *Water bottles are highly recommended to be brought daily!
