About Camp U!

Camp U gives students and families the opportunity to explore interests and enrich academics through fun and hands on classes. Camp U Courses are for students completing 4th-6th grade.  Grade and capacity limitations apply. CSISD and non-CSISD students are eligible! Be sure to register your child according to the grade level they are completing this current school year.

Courses take place between May 29 - June 21, 8am - 12pm.

Online Registration opens Monday, April 15 at 10am.

Spinning Around with Clay
Camp U! Courses

Spinning around with Clay Participants will make usable pottery while using the potters wheel. Students will also have the opportunity to make mugs and decorations utilizing the mold making process. Grades 4, 5, 6 (12 students per section)
Summer Enrichment 2024

Music U!
Camp U! Courses

Music U! Students will make music together using ukuleles, recorders, and percussion instruments. We will learn how to play chords on ukulele and pair them with melodies on recorder. Bring your recorder if you have one(if you don't have one- we will provide one) and be ready to jam with friends! Grades 4, 5, 6 (14 students per section)

Chalkboard Sign Design
Camp U! Courses

Chalkboard Sign Design Everything you need to know in order to make those cute chalkboard signs you see everywhere! You will start out by learning the basics of cursive handwriting and then turning your cursive into beautiful calligraphy! Your new calligraphy skills will be shown off on your very own chalkboard at the end of our class! Grades 4, 5, 6 (14 students per section)

Backyard Games A class where you can work your mind and body all while having fun. Classic and new backyard games will be taught such as Cornhole, bottlesmash, KanJam, and Bucketball. Grades 4, 5, 6 (14 students per section)

Camp U! Courses

Actors on a “Roll” In this unique course, we blend the realms of acting and improvisation with the thrilling adventures of Dungeons & Dragons. Embark on a quest like no other as you dive into the fantastical world of role-playing, creative storytelling and honing your acting skills while battling dragons, solving mysteries, and forging alliances. Grades 4, 5, 6 (14 students per section)
