    Elementary Literacy Literacy is a way for all of us to connect to one another and is an important part of all our lives. I would like to invite your child to a two-hour block class that can help expand and develop their love of reading and writing or to encourage them if they are not in love with either...yet. Each day we will participate in important literacy experiences, such as reading, writing, word work (spelling) and oral language skills. These experiences will be supported by direct whole group instruction, small groups and independent learning. I look forward to connecting with your child this summer. Grades 2, 3 (12 students)
