Camp U! runs from 8am - 12pm each day.

Summer Enrichment gives students and families the opportunity to explore interests and enrich academics through fun and hands on classes. We look forward to meeting the needs of your family!
1 hour courses will begin at 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am.
2 Hour Courses will begin at 8am and 10am.
4 hour courses will run from 8am - 12pm.
Spinning around with Clay
Participants will make usable pottery while using the potters wheel. Students will also have the opportunity to make mugs and decorations utilizing the mold making process.

Howdy! My name is Robert Houchins and I will be your guide on the potter’s wheel during Camp U. I have been teaching Art in College Station for 12 years. I have taught at AMCHS and currently teach at Pecan Trail. When I’m not helping my students make awesome art I like to hunt for comic books. I also love working in my garden and tending to my chickens and tortoise.
